There are two steps to confirm your place at VYMUN 2017: registration and payment.
All delegates are required to register as a school. Please have your school sponsor teacher or parent complete the “VYMUN 2017 school registration” form below. Pleased indicate your committee preferences directly to your delegation sponsor.
Regular registration for all delegates closes on September 30th, 11:59pm, 2017. If all committee positions are filled before September 30th, a waiting list will open.
The cost of the conference this year will be $235 with transportation, and $210 without for each delegate. This registration fee includes room fees and some meals for delegates, (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast). However, delegates should plan to bring money for the remaining meals on their own.
Schools can submit payment for all of its delegates together. In order to do so, please write a check made out to West Point Grey Academy attn. Tracey Lee and mail it to WPGA by October 15, 2017.
